Last Wednesday we had a very well received session at the Adobe MAX conference in Los Angeles about using mobile devices as controllers for desktop applications over sockets and/or P2P.

Belgium Zip is one of our first and most successful iPhone apps — it allows people to easily look up any zipcode in Belgium by looking for the town or city.
It also supports a reverse search to find out what town or city is associated with a particular zip code.
The app is written in native Objective-C code for Apple iOS and uses an embedded SQLite database for storing and querying the data.
We’re working on an update that supports the iPad with some additional features, including creating a quick list of zip codes you most frequently use and seeing a city located on the map.
